Local hosts who treat every home like our own

Stellar Living Properties started with one simple idea: a stay should feel cared for, from the first message to checkout.

We're a Columbus-based team led by founder Brandon Fernandez, an Ohio State engineer who started buying and hosting homes here and never stopped. Today we own and manage homes across the city, from Galloway and Easton to Bexley, Westerville and the University District.

Because we live here, we can actually show up: fresh pillows the same night, a replacement coffee maker the next morning, a real person on the phone. That's why so many of our 166 guest reviews mention one thing above all: fast, friendly communication.

We also manage homes for local owners who want the same care for their property. If that's you, see how we work.
